gbajji Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gbajji ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing gbajji at gbajji.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

gbajji is an online gaming platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, and related entertainment products. The platform is designed for players in Bangladesh and operates with the goal of providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming experience.

These Terms apply to all users of gbajji regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the gbajji Android app. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the gbajji platform.

To register and use gbajji, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. gbajji does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a gbajji employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from gbajji or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

gbajji reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on gbajji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. gbajji may request documentation to verify the information you have provided at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. gbajji will never contact you to ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact gbajji support immediately.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• All registration information must be accurate and kept current.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party.
• gbajji may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee.

gbajji accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. All account balances are displayed and managed in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees on gbajji.

Deposits are credited to your gbajji account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. gbajji does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited into your gbajji account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

gbajji reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is identified as fraudulent, made from a stolen payment method, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant authorities may be notified.

Withdrawal requests on gbajji are processed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Accounts that have not completed identity verification (KYC) may experience delays while documentation is reviewed.

Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. gbajji does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (or as displayed at the point of request).
• Maximum withdrawal amounts may apply depending on your account tier and verification status.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• gbajji may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts may take an additional 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

gbajji reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any delay and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information.

gbajji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated at the point of offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the terms attached to that specific promotion.

Standard bonus conditions that apply across all gbajji promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire after the stated period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• gbajji reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

gbajji actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus cancelled and may be permanently banned from future promotions.

All casino games available on gbajji use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published in the game information panel.

Sports betting odds on gbajji are set by our trading team and reflect market conditions at the time of offer. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• gbajji's decision on the outcome of any disputed game or bet is final.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded (late bets) will be voided.
• gbajji reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing or corruption.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical outcomes and are not subject to RNG.

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact gbajji support within 72 hours of the disputed round. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gbajji. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:

• Creating more than one account on gbajji.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, exploits, or collusion.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts on the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or using gbajji to process funds from illegal activities.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gbajji staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Sharing account access with any third party for commercial purposes.
